**The Role**:
We buy a **lot** of bikes. And every deal needs a smooth handover. That’s where you come in.

As a **Customer Appointment Coordinator**, you’ll be confirming **100+ appointments a day with our customers**, making sure everything is set up for a hassle-free collection. It’s fast-paced, high-energy, and **every call matters**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Confirming appointments** with customers selling their bikes - 48 hours in advance.
- **Handling objections** and overcoming last-minute concerns.
- **Multi-tasking** like a pro - managing calls, updating systems, and keeping things moving.
- **Delivering top-tier customer service** - polite, professional, and efficient.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Speed & Accuracy** - You’re sharp, organised, and can juggle multiple tasks.
- **Confidence on the phone** - You know how to build rapport and handle objections.
- **Customer-first attitude** - Every interaction counts.
- **Tech-savvy** - You’ll be working with a couple of differnt systems, so computer literacy is a must.
- **Resilience** - 100+ calls a day isn’t for the faint-hearted, but if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll love it.

**Company background**
SuperBike Factory was started in our founder’s garage back in 2010. Fast forward 14 years and we’ve grown into Europe's largest used motorcycle retailer with around 4000 bikes in stock

We now have 6 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol and Milton Keynes and now Crawley employing around 300 people along the way with plans to expand even further.
