**Trainee Recruitment Researcher**

Working within the UK HVAC, Renewables, Merchant and KBB market with plans to further extend our reach into new channels.

We specialise in placing Technical, Commercial, Operations and Executive personnel for the Building Products Sector.

**Package**:

- Salary - Circa £18,000 (D.O.E)
- Further On Target earnings (O.T.E)
- Holidays
- Pension
- Other benefits and rewards dependent upon success.

**The Role**:

- Fully assist Senior Consultants in early-stage searches
- Full use of our CRM system to include outbound media and assignment campaigns.
- Brand enhancing media campaigns to build the assignment and talent pipelines.

**Profile**
- Good standard of education, self-motivated with a will to succeed.
- Able to be precise when data mining under time pressure.
- Team player and determined, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.
- Ambitious, fun loving and want to contribute to team success.
- Happy to take on new tasks as our business develops.
- Able to recognise value added activity and question if you don’t feel it will.
