**What do we need from you?**

**Trainee**:

- Motivated by an established career and earnings plan.
- **Resilient** - able to bounce back from challenging days.
- Desire to work in a sales and target driven environment.
- **Confident, competitive & driven to succeed.**:

- 180 and 360 roles available depending on what you're looking for.
- **Sales or customer service experience**; telesales, car sales, direct sales, call centre, estate agency, office-based/phone-based etc.

**Experienced Recruiters**:

- **Leadership qualities** with future ambitions to build a team.
- A proven history of **billings** and a record of **business development,** relationship building & making deals.
- At least **6 months**' worth of recruitment experience.
- Desire to run your own desk and having the confidence to take ownership of it.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
