**CRM MARKETING ASSISTANT | HIGH WYCOMBE**

You’ll also focus on optimising the customer journey, from initial sign-up to encouraging repeat purchases and reactivating inactive members, while identifying new opportunities for improvement.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Have an active role in ensuring we are meeting CRM targets in terms of reach and revenue compared to previous year and period
- Provide a weekly round-up of campaign results to the team and identify insights in the performance data to make improvements to campaign and journeys
- Responsible for consistent messaging across various marketing channels and ensure effective communication with store teams about member promotions
- Manage internal stakeholders (for example Store Ops, Buying, Marketing) on status of VIP campaign activations with our partners (Coty, L’Oreal, Chanel, Dior etc) and keeping them informed with progress

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Have passion for Marketing and all things Digital (not just social)
- You’ll use your keen eye for detail, follow the quality control process to ensure all campaigns are perfect
- Have an opinion about what ‘good’ CRM campaigns are, and why others aren’t
- You are comfortable with the idea of using Marketing Technology, including Adobe, Taxi, Attentive and Mention Me
- Are passionate about customers and want to ensure we offer the best experience in store and online
