**_The Role_**

Reporting to the Head of Training & Development, you’ll be a warm, engaging character with excellent people skills. You will be working closely with the Sales Manager in the Chester office, on the implementation and evolution of a call quality matrix designedto assess the sales team and identify individual development opportunities to help sales agents reach their sales potential.

? Drive continuous improvement in the sales team’s performance and ability to demonstrate our products and services, increasing close rates

? Be responsible for the development and evolution of a QA matrix aligned to products/services

? Conduct the call assessments, either virtually or side by side, with agents

? Have a demonstrable track record of delivering performance improvement and results

? Have a wider input into processes, product training and sales methodologies to drive continuous improvement
- _Personality and a sense of humour_
- Min. 2-year experience working as a trainer/coach/mentor in a B2B sales environment
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Highly proficient in all office packages and Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience presenting to, and influencing executives, managers and peers
- Ability to drive others towards a common goal
- Exceptionally good eye for detail, a positive 'can-do' attitude with an ability to find

solutions
- Genuine desire to want to improve team & individual performance
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Professional and intelligent approach to work.
