**About us**

Bagwell Farm Touring Park is a welcoming friendly touring park located on the Jurassic Coast Road just one mile West of Chickerell. Open all year round, we cater for tents, caravans and motorhomes, offering our guests a high standard of facilities and a close connection to nature.

**The Role**

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance & grounds team member to join our team and help maintain our beautiful touring park to the highest standard. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the park is safe, tidy, and well maintained. Including regular maintenance tasks to improve the grounds & facilities, your adaptability and proactive approach will make a real difference.

**Key Responsibilities**
- General maintenance, such as fixing door hinges, repairing equipment, and fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Groundskeeping duties, including cutting hedges, cutting the grass, and maintaining all green spaces.
- Towing caravans in & out of our storage compound and positioning on pitches.
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained, and facilities are safe and operational.
- Handling a variety of tasks with a positive attitude and a problem-solving approach.

**Essential Skills**
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competence in carrying out minor plumbing and electrical repairs safely.
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping tools and techniques.
- Strong awareness of health & safety, and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Confidence in towing caravans and manoeuvring into tight spaces.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard.
- An interest in sustainability and wildlife.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on varied tasks.

**Desirable Skills**
- Tractor driving skills.
- Ability to maintain a hot tub to a commercial standard.
- Knowledge of landscaping, including planning and executing projects.
- Capability to supervise small building projects.

- Grounds or Facilities Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
