**What you’ll do**:

- Supervise and co-ordinate daily cleaning operations
- Train and mentor cleaning staff to ensure a high quality service
- Inspect and evaluate cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with management to implement efficient cleaning processes

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in cleaning services with supervisory skills
- Strong organisations and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Ability to handle scheduling and resolve and issues effectively
