**_ What you'll do_**

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

- You will be responsible for the Host Butler Team. This will include training and motivating the Host Butler team, owning seamless guest service and creating tailored experiences for our most important guests, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- The Host Butler Team will coordinate the guest journey, acting as the primary point of contact. Sometimes our guests have special requests involving room and set up preferences, activities throughout their stay, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are coordinated by our Host Butler Team.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Head Butler, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
