We are currently recruiting for an LMO and warehouse tutor to assess the Lean Manufacturing Operative standards and Warehouse Operative standards at Level 2 and 3 preparing learners for their end point assessment.

**Covering Norfolk and Suffolk delivering masterclasses and apprenticeships in the workplace.**

Ofsted ‘Good’ provider

£26,000.00 - £29,000.00 (FTE) dependent on experience

2 - 4 days per week

Start date - ASAP
- Maintain a caseload of apprentices/course provision and ensure that they are assessed to meet the requirements of the appropriate funding body, awarding body and WS Training.
- Ensure all learners are visited regularly as per agreed Training Plan and where necessary additional visits are carried out to support any additional needs.
- Ensure assessment for each element of the programme is complete, enabling learners to meet achievement targets for all parts of their programme on time.
- Maintain learner records accurately both hard copy and electronically and ensure all evidence for all visits are readily available and accessible for audit and quality purposes and within agreed timescales.
- To support apprentices in achieving their apprenticeship standard through:

- Conducting work-based observations and assessments
- Ensuring portfolio standards and requirements achieved
- Adapting / developing learning materials as required
- Encourage and monitor the use of the online platform for maths and English
- Recording and providing feedback to apprentices on their progress
- Assisting apprentices to build up a portfolio of evidence for end point assessment
- Attend internal and external meetings as required.
- Liaise with Awarding Bodies and Internal Quality Assurance.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
