I'm working with a leading CRM marketing agency based in Bristol with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences for their clients. Their innovative solutions have helped them build a reputation as a top agency in the industry, and they are nowlooking for a talented Client Partner to work on their flagship account, a well-known household brand.
**What you'll be doing**:
As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with their flagship account and ensuring that their marketing goals and objectives are met. You will be the key point of contact for the client, and will work closely with their internalteams to deliver outstanding results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client organisation
- Understand the client's business objectives and marketing goals and translate them into actionable plans
- Work collaboratively with our internal teams (including strategy, creative, data, and technology) to develop and execute effective CRM campaigns
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular updates and reports to the client
- Identify areas for growth and expansion within the account and proactively propose new opportunities to the client
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM marketing

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and technologies
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
