**Job Title**: Research Panel Coordinator

**Contract Type**:Fixed Term - 12 month.

**Location**: Edinburgh/ Alderley Park.

**Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based**

We are looking for an experienced coordinator to join on a 12-month contract to support the Head of Research in implementation of the research team strategy specifically through the facilitation of effective, efficiently run, fit for purpose research panels. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of agile research activity to enable timely and effective insights from key research audiences, most notably Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), Royal London customers and Employers.

**About the role**.
- Assess and maintain the platforms and systems which allow the panels to run, to include both the research platform and any incentive platforms. Carrying out annual reviews of the platforms used to ensure they are fit for purpose, cost effective and delivering on requirements.
- Support the rest of the research team in the delivery of research projects, including analysis and reporting of key insights.
- Support the Head of Research in selecting appropriate providers for the various aspects of the panels where relevant.
- Manage panel related risk protocols and GDPR regulations and continually review that these are fit for purpose. Produce quarterly risk reports for the adviser panel, highlighting any risk events.
- Demonstrable commercial savings on outsourced aspects.
- Fully GDPR compliant.

**About you.**
- Strong evidence of working with and managing databases and a strong understanding of the research process and efficient ways of eliciting insight from participants.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Hands on experience of using established online insight tools and techniques.
- Experience of working with external suppliers or internal project teams.
- Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail.
