Serco have an exciting opportunity available, pending bid award for a Radar Engineer to join our existing team based at RRH Brizlee Wood located in Alnwick in Northumberland. Our space and security division Radar Engineers deliver 1st/ line Preventative maintenanceon the TPS-77 Radar Systems and 1st/ 2nd line Corrective maintenance on the TPS-77 Radar Systems. This role will also be responsible for quality compliance, safety, continuous improvement, and other contractual obligations with regards to the TPS-77 systems.

**Key accountabilities**:

- To support the TPS-77 Site Technical manger
- To deliver TPS-77 Radar Systems Performance
- Drive operational efficiency

**What you’ll need to do the role**:

- Hold a recognised Electronics and electrical Qualification
- At least 2 years TPS-77 radar experience
- Fully conversant with Serco governance policies and procedures.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with RAF personnel on the radar sites
- Proven track record in maintaining the TPS-77 radar.
- Understanding RAF processes
- Proven track record of successful maintaining radar systems.
- Proven practical and pragmatic understanding of service delivery.
