**Role Responsibility**:
As part of the Selfridges Selection team, you will support the Product Developers in the development and creation of new products. You will own administration of several parts of the process and, in working collaboratively with all other stakeholders, you will ensure we work in a timely and efficient way and that we launch products on time to the highest of standards.

You will support with the NPD critical path, ensuring it is up to date and you will be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders are on track to hit their timelines, issuing periodic reports so everyone is clear on progress.

As a Product Developer, you will be responsible for:

- Running the critical path process - ensuring it is up to date and accurate
- Communicating with all stakeholders to ensure they know what needs to happen and when, and are flagging any risks to achieving deadlines
- Working with Marketing, Online, Retail Ops and comms teams to launch new products imaginatively and effectively, and acting as a go-to for product queries
- Running sample provision for Photo Studio and other colleagues, particularly for key launches eg Christmas
- Providing clear communication to the Selfridges Selection team to help ensure everyone has the same shared priorities.
- Highly organised and efficient
- Able to work on multiple projects at once and prioritise well
- Customer focused but with a keen eyes on commerciality
- Great at building rapport and good relationships across multiple areas of the business
- Able to be a great ambassador for Selfridges Selection - knowledgeable about the range and interested in the food zeitgeist
- Ability to communicate at all levels and areas of the business and with external parties
- Systems literate
