**Competitive Compensation**:We pay £22 per hour plus great daily bonuses.

**Continuous Development**: We are looking for the very best Team Leaders in the industry but we will also provide excellent initial and ongoing training on mindset, charity knowledge, and motivation. Progression opportunities, almost every person, at every level within the company started as a face-to-face fundraiser, we LOVE to develop staff and promote from within.

**Work life balance**: 4-Day weeks, Monday to Thursday. Have a 3-day weekend every week if you want, or work Saturdays to top up your hours as needed.

**Amazing bonuses**: Excellent DAILY bonus opportunities Average bonus payments are £450 per week, but they are uncapped.

**As well as all the above reasons to choose Zen, we also offer**:

- Work a full 4 days without being absent or late and get paid an extra 5 bonus hours for the week.
- Rail Card purchased for all employees between the ages of 18 and 30. All work travel expenses covered from your home city.
- We have various teams working in shopping centres, on busy high streets and in residential areas. Wherever possible we give our fundraisers the opportunity to choose the method that they feel most comfortable with.
- We do not believe in sales techniques or pushy selling practices. We believe in inspiring and empowering potential donors, so that they WANT to donate, then all we have to do is facilitate the process.
