Bartender and Server

**Key Responsibilities**
- To report for duty on time and in the correct uniform.
- To be aware and comply with company policy with regards to Fire, Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Food Hygiene and Security and by executing these policies ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues and our guests.
- To ensure that the bar and restaurant is maintained to a high standard by completing duties as described in our opening and closing checks.
- You are responsible for the efficient dispensing of drinks and serving of food.
- To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required.
- To deal with customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these.
- To ensure that our guests’ needs, and requirements are met.
- To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
- To report and where possible help with incidents or accidents or damage.
- To attend all training courses as notified to you by management.
- To ensure that all fire doors are closed and that fire routes are kept clear always.
- To read, understand and comply with your responsibilities as defined in the company Health & Safety Statement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
