As our Night Auditor, you will be in an exciting role that will assist our Front Office Management team in providing an excellent service across all aspects of our Front Desk operation, delivering exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest experience. Our Night Auditor will carry out and supervise all aspects of the night operation in a proficient manner, supervising the night audit process. You will ensure that full handovers are given and understood at the change of shift.
You will mainly be working shifts from 11pm to 7.30am and be going the extra mile to help us maintain the high standards required, meeting the Hotel and Guests expectations and be comfortable with standard PC systems.

**Knowledge and skills of our Night Auditor**
- Previous Front Office experience preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- A charismatic and confident communicator in every sense.
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task in a driven manner.
