Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Melksham, who are actively seeking to recruit an experienced **Senior Structural Designer** to deliver the highest standards of design work through both designing as well as providing advice and guidance for other team members.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assisting the team deliver to brief, on time and on budget
- Assemble colour prototypes for Senior Designer sign off
- Creation of concepts to brief, producing scamps and highly finished samples for client presentations
- Establish and maintain professional rapport with internal and external stakeholders

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Extensive POS structural design experience
- CAD experience in Artios or Kasemaker
- Experience of Strata, Cinema 4D and Adobe would also be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills at all levels

**What you will receive in return**:

- to £29,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
- Generous holiday entitlement of 26 days plus BHs, staff discount and life insurance
