12 month fixed term contract required for a global luxury brand based in London.
**Client Details**
You will be working for a Global Luxury Retail Brand based in London.
**Description**
This position will actively support the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit, including: attendance management, change management, employment law, employee relations, employeetraining, organisation development, performance management, recruitment, reward & recognition and succession planning.
- HR experience is preferred but not essential - administrative experience in high compliance and/or volume environments is key
- Attention to detail, process orientated and a self-starter when it comes to planning and organisational skills
- You will have a passion for customer service
- Business level German proficiency required.
**Profile**
- Bi-lingual German and English language to business level proficiency
- Excellent administrative skills
- Generalist HR experience within an HR environment
- Accustomed to handling a high volume ER caseload (Retail preferable)
- Key experience of working with, coaching and advising line managers
- First class IT and communication skills
- Ideally Workday experience
**Job Offer**
This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of going permanent
