**Role Specification**:

- Ensure guest bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the required set standards, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, moping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Changing/making beds in line with the Housekeeping SOP.
- Assist in sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
- Replenish amenities.
- Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
- Completing extra jobs as instructed by Housekeeping Supervisors, Deputy Head Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper promptly.

**Shift Patterns**:

- 30 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7 per week
- **Note**: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
