We are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic people to join our ever-growing production team. No experience in the manufacturing industry is required, just a good working attitude and an eye for detail.

At Gaudio Awards, we manufacture top-of-the-range bespoke awards in house. Your role will be to efficiently manufacture these to the highest quality. You could be working on a wide range of prestigious awards.

Our facility is located in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire and houses sales, design and production under one roof.

**Specific Responsibilities -**You will be working under the supervision of the Production Manager performing a range of duties in the manufacturing process of building bespoke awards including:

- Spray painting
- Metal and acrylic polishing
- Hand finishing of 3d printed parts
- Operating our 3d Printers, UV flatbed printers and acrylic laser cutters
- Ensuring the quality is of the highest standards.
- Packing.

**Desired Skills & Experience -**No previous experience in the manufacturing industry is needed, all training will be given. You just need to be someone who:

- A good attention to detail and ability to work to a high quality while meeting deadlines
- Quick to pick up new skills and processes
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- ICT literate
- Good organisational skills
- Motivated, friendly and a good team player.

**Benefits**
- Salary of **£22,900 - £25,000**depending on experience (We are a living wage employer). Regular pay reviews

- 24 days Holiday per annum.
- Working hours - **35 Hours** - 8:00 am - 4:00pm (Monday - Thursday). 8:00 am - 1:30pm Fridays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,900.00-£25,000.00 per year
