9-5pm - there is a degree of flexibility with the hours and potentially home working for some days
A well-established specialist surveying business that are looking for a committed and experienced Administrators to join their team on a short term assignment for around 2 months, however this could be extended.
Key duties will include:
Managing the client contracts throughout their life cycle
Processing customer orders
Create and manage necessary documentation for new and existing contracts
Process insurance certificates
Excellent administrative and organisation skills
Experience in a customer service role with a focus on providing great service
Excellent communication skills
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
Be numerically astute
Start ASAP
Ideally you need your own transport due to the location.
