Apprenticeship Recruitment Executive
- **Salary**:£25,000 OTE £33,000
- **Location**:Derby Digital Hub, DE1 2PW
- **Working Week**:Monday-Friday (7 hours per day, 35 hours per week)
- **Roles and responsibilities**_
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.
- Host recruitment events at our Derby and Nottingham offices to increase awareness of EMA Training and our apprenticeship offerings
- Liaise with local schools, colleges to attend and support careers events at schools and job fairs to promote apprenticeships.

**Weekly outputs**:

- Respond to incoming queries within 48 hours
- Complete 30 calls per week
- Advertise job descriptions within 48 hours
- Creating 2 LinkedIn posts per week to promote EMA Training and offering ways to support local secondary schools

**Monthly outputs**:

- Ensure no vacancy is at Match and Fill stage for more than 5 working days
- Increase EMA’s presence by attending careers/job fairs at local secondary schools and sixth-forms to build future talent pipeline
- Capture 25 expression of interests when attending events

- A full drivers’ licence and access to own vehicle.
- Strong IT skills.
- Prior experience of account management or working within apprenticeships/education or with unemployed individuals.
- Experience of working to KPI’s.

**Future Prospects**

There is an opportunity to progress into a Senior Recruitment Executive role if the individual shows initiative, determination and drive to progress.

**Training and Development**

You will have regular meetings with your line manager to develop your personal and professional development through training courses, activities and team building days.

**Further Information**
- Quarterly bonus structure with OTE £31,000 per year
- This is an office-based role in our Derby Hub with the opportunity to become hybrid/remote working once probation has been passed.
