Job title - Administrator

Main duties of job:

- First point of telephone contact for the office.
- Taking telephone bookings from housing contract tenants who are required to have an electrical test/remedial works.
- Scheduling the booking for the engineers using outlook calendars in the most time and cost-efficient way.
- Updating the appointment/work details on the customer tracker and keeping the customer portal always updated with amendments.
- Any other duties as delegated by the Client Account Manager, Qualified Supervisors or Director.

Required skills and attributes for the role:

- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal with high call volumes (on occasion).
- High attention to detail.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.
- A confident and proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.

Job type: Full time

**Salary**: £18,000 - £22,000 per year

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
