What does a live-in carer do on a day-to-day basis? Ultimately, live-in carers are there to ensure that a person is able to remain living in their own home with 1-2-1 support - in an environment that is clean, comfortable and secure. Some of the live-incarer responsibilities include:

- Personal care
- Supporting with public outings and enjoying social activities
- Domestic support
- Companionship
- Mobility assistance
- Monitoring and overseeing medication
- Cooking and preparing meals
- Supporting with daily errands
- Promoting Independence

Carers working hours and full job description with responsibilities will be provided at interview stage.
