Our reception team plays a key role within our business, being the first port-of-call for all incoming communications and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Office Team at our Head Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

**Key Responsibilities for this role**:

- Answering telephone calls
- Keeping reception area clean and presentable at all times
- Keeping the meeting room clean and presentable at all times
- Managing meeting room diary where necessary
- Providing hospitality to guests and visitors
- Scanning and filing documents
- Liaising with couriers and deliveries
- Daily post run
- Supporting other departments with large post runs

**Essentials for the Role**

You will be required to work full time in our Head Office, with hours of 08:30am to 5:00pm.
