**Cylinder Trainer**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Ensure all internal driver training is completed in timely manner for both legal purposes and within Linde Group frequencies and be responsible for the planning and implementation of all company and legally required driver training
- Monitor closely actual training performance against plans and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and manage and monitor remedial actions arising from accident investigation with a view to prevent re-occurrence
- To be a source of expertise in the formulation of training programmes, including development of associated materials
- Become accredited and registered to deliver legally certificated training. E.g. ADR, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence
- Ensure that compliance (legal and company standards) is maintained by providing visible leadership in this area and take a lead in the development and execution of the Legal Compliance Audits

- Extensive Knowledge and understanding of Cylinder Transport operations, Cylinder supply chain, Cylinder processes, technical developments, product properties
- Formally Recognised Train the Trainer Qualification to deliver - Defensive Driving. Manual Handling Techniques, DCPC, Tachograph training, ADR
- Membership of official bodies IAM, ROSPA, DSA
- International CPC (can be trained)
- NEBOSHH (desirable)
