**Job Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the operations team within our Shrewsbury facility as a Process Operator. The successful incumbent will work on Vett / Assembly, ensuring they meet specifications and reworking any faults to drive quality improvements. You will also be responsible for performing quality checks on the Rail engine product, to drive customer satisfaction and ensure business metrics are achieved.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Visual Inspection of Remanufactured Components
- Crack Testing of Remanufactured Components
- Gauging / Measuring (Vernier / DTI)
- Core Assembly
- Full Engine Assembly
- RTS Work
- Warranty Assistance
- Quality Gates
- Support on Disassembly / Subs when required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Engine experience
- Gauging / Measuring
- Computer Literate (Compliant Pro / QAD & AQE)
- Ability to read drawings and sets of instructions
- Self-starter, flexible, analytical mindset
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity
- Crack Test
- Understanding of BIQ Process
