**Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Supervisor - Full-Time, Permanent**

**Location**: Sutton, Surrey (Covering London, Greater London & South of England)
**Salary**: £50,000 - £60,000 (Negotiable based on experience & qualifications)

An established Technical M&E service provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Supervisor to join its team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of small works projects, installations, and maintenance tasks, while supporting smooth operations across a busy portfolio of commercial building services.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and deliver small project works, including upgrades and installations.
- Carry out emergency lighting testing, power circuit installation, and inspection.
- Undertake maintenance, fault-finding, rectification, and repair.
- Oversee controls and BMS-related works.
- Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support team organisation and act as a lead point of contact on site.

**Essential**:

- Minimum Level 3 Electrical Qualifications (2357) and 18th Edition.
- At least five years of commercial experience within building services/FM.
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent fault-finding skills.
- Ability to take on the role of Company Electrical QS.
- Highly organised, self-sufficient, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).

**Desirable**:

- Experience developing small works/project plans.
- Familiarity with controls and BMS systems.
- Broad knowledge of building services, including mechanical systems.
- Previous experience with Home Office Security Vetting (SC).
