**Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Halesowen
Salary £24k**
To manage an efficient operation of the Warehousing & Distribution service in terms of organisation, management, physical logistics processes and stock. **Responsibilities**:

- To satisfy in a timely manner, sales order requirements inclusive of the preparation of stock for loading and the actual loading of external vehicles
- To effectively and efficiently supervisor the team to maximise productivity whilst minimising damage and waste
- Efficient utilisation of on-site storage facilities
- Utilisation of CCP (stock software) - stock management and floor plan design and order matter support and monitor performance
- To ensure stock is received and located in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- To ensure inventory control and stock management is maintained including conducting regular stock audits and location availability
- Liaison with Shipping in terms of couriers and monitor for daily requirements
- To co-ordinate all working hours in terms of normal working, short time additional hours, overtime hours, temporary labour and other eventualities as may be required ensuring full availability for all Warehouse requirements

**Purpose of the role**:
To list all A grade and B grade machines in order to make ready for sales
Work with Technical Support team in relation to stock and availability
Ensure all approved work instructions are adhered to
To ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained to the highest manufacturers or suppliers' standards
Lead continuous improvement on site identifying areas of non-value added activities
Key performance indicator reporting
Budgetary management
To manage employee relations in terms of absence, welfare, communication, involvement, probation, induction, training, performance reviews and dispute resolution in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager
Health, safety and environmental supervision for the Warehouse areas
To develop employees within all areas of responsibility in line with objectives

Transport and distribution process and procedural experience and knowledge

**Responsibilities & Expected Standards**:

Ensure all work produced is of a high quality standard and adherence to standards laid down in Company procedures or as directly by your line manager

Ensure that any equipment supplied for the purpose of your work is maintained and any defects are reported
**Working Hours : Monday to Friday
08.30 am to 17.00 pm
(Saturdays may be required at times but that time will be given off in lieu)
