We are now recruiting for a Finance Business Partner based at our Leyland office who will work with the Senior Management Team for Gold Medal, our B2B brand. In this role you will understand current performance, produce detailed forecasts and insightful analysis to improve the basis for financial decision making and cost control.

This role can be on a hybrid basis, working in our office 3 days each week and 2 days remotely.

**Job Accountabilities**
- Use analytical capabilities to assess the commercial viability of business initiatives and make data backed recommendations
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for Gold Medal
- Lead data driven decision making initiatives throughout the business
- Manage the provision of timely MI, conducting ROI analysis for trade related incentives and opportunities to optimise financial performance
- Regularly review operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness, considering the impact on other areas of the business and on the customer journey.
- Manage and motivate your team, managing performance and recommending appropriate learning opportunities. Ensure plans and strategies are transparent to ensure the team is working towards a common goal and has a good understanding of progress and the part they play towards it. Work closely with key stakeholders across the wholesale B2B businesses and within wider dnata Travel businesses where appropriate

**To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Accounting Qualification with Post Qualified Experience
- Strategic thinking with the ability to visualise opportunities, re-engineer and improve business processes
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profits
- A numerate and analytical thinker, self-motivated and solution orientated
- Great attention to detail
- An excellent communicator, comfortable with communicating at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Reporting and Presentation skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills
