**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate refigerated lorries to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing of loads for safe transport.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driving licence (C+E) with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving vehicles is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices in transportation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and securing loads effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.

Pay: £14.00-£21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
