**Job Title: Office Cleaner**

**Working Monday, Wednesday and Friday - keyholder access after 5 p.m.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office environment
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Clean glass surfaces and mirrors
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and regulations

**Must be confident with using security systems.**

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties effectively
