**Driver Care Executive**

Our client has a reputation to be proud of, built on 25 years’ experience in the automotive sector. Based in Stockport, Greater Manchester, they provide private individuals, businesses and other organisations across the UK with car and van leasing, personal contract hire (PCH) and fleet management solutions. The following is a detailed job description, for those who carry out the role of **Driver Care Executive.**

**Responsibilities & Duties - Salary Sacrifice**
- From the point of an employee electing in to their company salary sacrifice scheme, to be the primary contact to seamlessly guide the employee through the selection, the support them and guide them through Salary Sacrifice Portal and to ensure that the vehicle order is placed accurately, in a timely manner and with an exceptional level of professionalism
- Once a client has been signed up to our scheme through the Salary Sacrifice Solutions Leader, be part of the team that builds out customer specific process maps, employee frequently asked questions and guides
- Responsible for setting up all employees and customers within iManage, iDrive & our Salary Sacrifice portal, fully accountable for the data integrity of these
- Be involved in face-to-face meetings with clients, both as part of onboarding and ongoing client account management
- Support the Salary Sacrifice Solutions Leader in driver webinars and client education sessions as and when required

**Responsibilities & Duties - Fleet Management**
- Responsible for the onboarding, driver reallocation and offboarding for all fleet management drivers
- Managing the Driving Licence checking process for all fleet management customers
- Managing any vehicle livery requirements for customers
- Managing the contract initiation, logistics, set up, training and installation of our telematics partner
- Fully accountable for the integrity of data for fleet management customers
- Responsible for the accurate and timely monthly invoicing of all fleet managed customers ancillary services
- Flexible approach to working hours as and when required by the business
- Work closely with other departments, to maintain a smooth customer experience.
- Work within the guidelines of the Financial Conduct Authority
- Understand and operate within the framework of the BVRLA
- Treat Customers Fairly

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Dynamic & proactive individual with exceptional customer service skills
- Care about the customer & have a solution based outlook in all interactions
- Positive attitude when dealing with client employees, drivers and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Solid organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Methodical approach when dealing with assigned tasks
- Ability to pre-empt any potential issues and proactively mitigate these
- Proven experience in stakeholder and customer management
- Adaptable, willingness to learn new processes and tasks

**Key Performance Indicators/Measures of Success**
- Process Accuracy is within agreed tolerances
- Recording and documentation of required Key Metrics
- Timely and accurate monthly invoicing to clients
- Maintain Data Integrity for iManage & iDrive Customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
