**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. As a Home Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing assistance with daily living activities and offering emotional support and companionship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up living spaces.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Document client care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Car Driver is essential
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly, disabled, and individuals with special needs.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training.
