**Position**:
Evening/closing Customer Care Assistant. There are no educational requirements for this role as full training will be provided however experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is a plus.

**Role Overview**:

- Greet customers and ensure they feel welcome.
- Check on customer satisfaction during and after meals.
- Assist with ordering at kiosks.
- Clean and tidy customer areas (dining room, toilets etc.).
- Help with tray & table clearing.
- Support in handling complaints or escalating to a manager when needed.
- Promote special offers or new menu items when appropriate.

- Excellent **c**ommunication and people skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when speaking to customers.
- Able to deal with complaints and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

**Personal Traits**:

- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
- Team player, but also comfortable working independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented, you are the face of McDonald's to our guests

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for long periods.
- Will require lifting/moving light items (trays, cleaning tools, rubbish bags etc.).

- Tuesday: 16:00 - 01:00
- Wednesday: 16:00 - 01:00
- Thursday: 16:00 - 01:00
- Friday: 16:00 - 01:00
- Saturday: 16:00 - 01:00

As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you'll deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas. Activities include making children feel welcome, looking after customers' specific needs, keeping high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
