**The Role**:
Accounts Payable Assistant, the role provides potential to build lifelong relationships and friendships within the industry; and presents a daily opportunity to make a difference in the UK Marketplace, the role comprises of but is not limited to:

- Managing Supplier Price Lists
- Processing of Invoices and Invoice Queries
- Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Raising Supplier Payments
- Processing Bank Payments
- Maintain and Create New Supplier Accounts
- Assisting with Health & Safety Documentation Updating
- Chamber Export Certificates
- Adhoc Duties

**Your Requirements**:

- Excel (Intermediate minimum level)
- Accounts Payable (Minimum 2 Years’ Experience)
- Sage 50 advisory but not essential
- Experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Dynamic personality
- A desire to assist at any level
- Great communicator
- Ability to work alone, or as part of a Team effort
- Naturally inquisitive
- A wish to succeed
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
