**Title**:
Supervising Social Worker - home based

Good Salary Package: £37,000 to £40,000 depending on experience

NonStop Care is currently working with an Independent Fostering Agency with an 'Outstanding' OFSTED in the South East of England in order to help them recruit for a Supervising Social Worker role.

The role is home based and you would only be expected to come to the office twice a month, which means you will have the opportunity to improve your work-life balance.

**Responsibilities**:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee small caseloads of around 10 foster carers that are located around either Sidcup and Bexley.

The role is mostly to provide and develop support and supervision, however you would also undertake the writing of Form F Assessments and present to the company's Fostering Independent Panel

**Requirements**:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a Social Work qualification and registration.
