Commercial Property Solicitor - Kent plus remote working.

Top 100 law firm, highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers for their Real Estate work, are looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor to be based in the West Kent office with some remote working too.

The firm and particularly the real estate team have big and exciting plans over the next few years and they are looking for driven, enthusiastic and ambitious solicitors to be part of these plans.

The biggest difference and biggest selling point of these roles are that they are not looking for someone to join a specific area within the commercial property team - they will be driven by you on this - they have opportunities within all the real estateareas - general commercial property/landlord & tenant, real estate finance, development and also commercial property work within specific industry sectors including high end retail clients, technology clients, leisure clients, healthcare clients and so on...You can choose what you feel suits you best and if you change your mind at any point then you can change to a different sector or broaden or narrow what you are working on - it really will be down to you and what your drivers are.

This firm are looking for solicitors with a commercial approach, someone with real commerciality who can work on their own initiative, albeit with full support when needed.They recruit lawyers with ideas and with drive, who want to make an impact in thedepartment - even at a more junior level you will be listened to.
