- To monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound interactions across the Proximo Group and to provide findings to the Head of L&D
- To follow up on missing information, gaps in process and any remedial action within agreed timescales
- To identify key areas for development from audit reviews and to liaise with the relevant areas to address any training requirements
- To undertake various auditing projects based on the needs of the business
- To work with the Head of L&D to create quality metrics, and ensure the correct measures are in place, and are being recorded
- To ensure business processes are being followed, and feedback any efficiencies that will enhance the customer journey
- To demonstrate knowledge of company processes, systems, platforms, services standards, and workflows across the Group, ensuring own knowledge is in line with QA standards and guidelines
- To track what corrective action is being taken if feedback is being provided through QA
