**Warehouse / Operations Assistant**

We are a fast-growing, award-winning importer and distributor of authentic Spanish food, located near Henfield. We’re looking for a full-time/Part-time **Warehouse / Operations Assistant** to join our energetic and dedicated team. **The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will handle order fulfilment and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth processes.

**What’s on Offer?**
- **Salary**: £23,800 (OTE up to £25,000)
- **Contract**: Permanent, full-time/part-time
- **Holidays**: 20 days + 8 bank holidays

- **Hours**: Mon-Thurs (8:00-17:00), Fri (9:00-15:30)

**About You**
- **Essential**: Experience in a fast-paced fulfilment centre (e.g., Amazon), with knowledge of order processing and warehouse operations.
- **Desirable**: Forklift experience (certification a plus).
- Hard-working, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- **Own transport & clean driving licence** (no public transport available).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process orders (Print, Pick, Pack, Dispatch) using our system.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent stock imbalances.
- Handle deliveries, checking quantities and quality.
- Report stock discrepancies and damages.
- Generate shipping labels and end-of-day manifests.
- Occasionally cover local B2B deliveries.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse and premises to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

**Additional Requirements**
- Driving experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg.
- Reliability, good time management, and motivation.

**Desirable Skills**
- Forklift licence.
- Interest in Spanish food and supply chain procedures.
