The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing six secondary schools, 13 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire, and Coventry.

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and aspirational Pastoral Leader to join our Multi Academy Trust, who can demonstrate a clear commitment to securing the best outcomes for all students.

You will support the removal of barriers to academic and personal progress, enabling all students to meet their full potential, ensuring all students meet the Stockland Green Standard. You will support student’s pastoral, wellbeing, social and emotional needs and provide personal student intervention and support.
