Childcare Supervisor

You will also be asked to assist in babysitting, as and when needed. You must have a recognised and relevant minimum NVQ level 3 qualification, equivalent or above in Early Years.

What you’ll do
- Deputising in the absence of the Manager, to ensure the continued smooth running of the kid’s zone.
- Supporting the Manager in the ongoing training, development and performance management of the team.
- Providing quality play sessions for children within the kids zone
- Delivering, monitoring and evaluation of our practice. Making sure childcare opportunities are conveyed to parents and carers and understand that feedback is vital to the development of the kid’s zone.
- Handling guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner.
- Helping to ensure a safe environment for children, staff and guests and adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.

What you offer
- Recognised and relevant NVQ level 3 qualification, equivalent or above in early years and childcare.
- Experience of staff supervision.
- Proven experience of delivery of childcare and play opportunities
- Proven experience with working with 3 to 7 and 8 to 15 year olds
