**About The Role**:
RAC have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Advisor working on behalf of Kia Motors (UK) based at their head office in Walton on Thames. You'll be responsible for handling warranty enquiries from dealerships, processing and analysing all warranty prior work authorisations and claims in accordance with Kia Motors (UK) warranty policy.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Ensuring warranty enquiries from dealers are responded to within companies' service levels
- Analysing warranty claims and identifying trends together with potential solutions
- processing warranty prior work authorisation (PWA) requests from dealers and ensuring all PWA's are processed in accordance with Kia Motors (UK) Ltd's warranty policy
- Respond to all warranty enquiries accurately, professionally and in accordance with the company's required service levels
- Taking action to ensure that KMUK's warranty system and processes reflect the needs of the business

**The ideal Warranty Advisor will have**:

- Proven experience of working within a Warranty Administrator, Service Administrator or Workshop Control role
- Attention to detail, ensuring all warranty claims submitted comply with manufacturers published manuals and repair time schedules
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
