**Job Title**: Customer Account Executive (Eco)

**Reporting to**: General Manager

**Main Purpose of the role**:
To be a point of contact for customers and qualify them for survey, before leading them through the installation process.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an excellent relationship with customers.
- To assist the sales team to maintain a positive conversion rate for eligible leads through obtaining and collating documentation.
- To be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries.
- To provide outstanding customer service and being the first point of contact for customer queries.
- To keep client information regularly update across the CRM systems.
- To act as a conduit between Sales and Surveying departments.
- To maintain good communication with all other departments.

**Salary**: Up to £18,500.00 per year
