Relais & Chateau at Thornbury Castle are seeking a **Room Attendant / Housekeeper **to join our professional and hardworking Housekeeping Team. You will be working in a unique and beautifully restored Castle, creating truly memorable and impressive 5* experiences for our guests.

Set on 15 acres of beautiful land, Thornbury Castle Hotel is the only Tudor Castle operating as a hotel in England. The Castle has recently completed a multi-million pound refurbishment program bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past. Located 20 minutes’ drive from Bristol, it offers 27 bedchambers and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar and two unique meeting and conference spaces.

**Job Description**:
**The Offer**
- £11.10 per hour
- Part time permanent position - 20/25 hours per week worked over 5 days including weekends. Hours range 10 am to 3pm
- An additional share of service charge and tips (paid out every 2 months)

- Ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing and refreshing linen and towels.
- Cleaning and tidying our public areas ready for the guests.
- Restocking guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collaterals.
- Engaging with guests where required.
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping manager.
- Cleaning rooms can be physically demanding but you will receive full training and be surrounded by a supportive team.
