**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our close-knit team in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be working 8am - 4pm Monday - Thursday with a 3pm Friday finish. No overtime or weekend working is required. We promote an atmosphere where proactivity is key, we look to go the extra mile. We want our customers to return, so we keep them at the centre of what we do. **Being passionate about what you do your role will involve**:
- Receive inbound shipments into our in-house bespoke system- Prepare orders for outbound shipment- Ensure daily output and quality standards are met- Ensure material arriving at the warehouse is accurate, inspecting for any shortages and/or any damaged goods- Communicate shortages or damage of any merchandise to the supervisor- Visual inspection of material as well as cleaning merchandise as needed- Prepare product for shipment to include packaging for safe shipping as well as proper labelling and marking- Effective communication with operations and sales teams to maintain product flow and prevent and distribution disruptions
- Maintain a clean and hazard free work area/warehouse

**To be successful in this role we require**:
- Minimum of two years experience in warehouse environment- Attention to detail: accurate and thorough- Ability to show high levels of internal communication when called upon- Ability to work quickly and efficiently- Heavy work: requires the ability to lift, push, pull at least 60 pounds or over of product and occasionally in excess of 100 pounds of product.- Experience working in an electronic/computer work environment
