Pet Cremation Supervisor

Springfield Farm Pet Cremation are looking for a new team member to work Saturday and to be on call on a Sunday initially, with a view to working more hours as the business grows.

Responsibilities to include:
Excellent customer service skills, to act in a dignified and caring way, be empathetic, compassionate and have an eye for detail.

Be able to discuss options with customers confidently, in a kind manner, arrange appointments and carry out other duties within the business where required.

To carry out administrative duties meticulously, perform cremations and organise ashes.

Driving to customers homes and the ability to handle heavy deceased pets using equipment in a respectful and dignified manner as if the pet was part of your own family.

A team player who can also work alone.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
