What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for a Head of UK Consumer Voice Operations to join our growing Consumer Experience team. You will be based both remotely and from our offices in Leeds as part of our 'flex together’ approach.

In this fast-paced role you’ll oversee the quality oversight of our operational areas as well as driving and owning improvement and operational efficiency through strategic change.

Day to day you’ll:

- Manage and lead the operational quality assurance team
- Lead and own strategic operational change, such as implementation of new systems and processes
- Develop current quality assurance processes and procedures
- Produce insightful reporting and MI
- Challenge information within operational departments to ensure accuracy
- Solve quality problems and eliminate issues
- Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to identify and deliver change
- Own and manage projects and initiatives
- Support best practice process management
- Supporting the ongoing training and development of the wider operational teams
- Identifying improvements and drive change within Operational areas

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Experience of leading teams
- Change management experience, you’ll be able to bring everyone to a common consensus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce, understand and analyse
- Financial conduct authority experience
- Demonstrable organisational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict management skills
- Experience working with sensitive data
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

Desirable Skills & Experience:

- Experience of project management or being part of a project team to implement significant change
- Experience of working with Salesforce
- Quality management experience within a regulated business
- Evidence of identifying and supporting continuous improvement schemes
- A good understanding of the banking or credit industry
