**Location**: Aldgate, London, E1 8EU
**Salary**: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
**Hours**: Mon - Fri, 09:00AM - 17:30PM

The role of Learning and Development Administrator will give you the opportunity to understand the full scope into developing the people within a business. Specifically gaining hands on experience in our award winning Learning and Development function withinthe IT industry, this role would provide the right person with the skill to solidify and progress within the field.
- Supporting the organization by utilising instructional design practices with innovation to build world class blended learning solutions that are scalable, measureable and repeatable.
- Administration of the Learning Management system and any other
- Support the business by helping to manage vendor / partner certifications
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Provide training assistance and guidance to line managers to overcome training challenges
- Building and maintaining relationships with training providers
- To ensure employee certifications are up to date and relevant to the skill needs of the role

**What you’ll need to succeed**

Unlike many larger companies, successful people in Exponential-e operate with autonomy and agility. You should be capable of managing multiple stakeholders and acting as an enabler within the back office environment.

Knowledge and Experience required:

- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentation skills, or a willingness and ability to learn how to become a compelling presenter
- Strong organization and administrative skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Experience working in the tech industry or a demonstrable passion for technology
- Ability to work in a team with little supervision using own initiative
- Responsible and willing to take ownership
