**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software Sage.
- A working history with or a knowledge all SAGE functions is a must.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Respond to inquiries from management regarding financial data and assist with any ad-hoc reporting requirements.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software in Sage is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week
